簡歷

Jen-Tsai Kuo received the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Electronics, National Chiao Tung University (NCTU), in 1992. Since 1984, he has been with the Department of Communication Engineering, NCTU, where he is now a professor. In 1995 – 1996, he was a Visiting Scholar with the EE Department, University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), USA.

Dr. Kuo is currently an associate editor and an Editorial Board member of the IEEE Trans. Microwave Theory and Techniques and the IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters. He was one of the recipients of the best paper award of the 2002 National Telecommunication Conference, Taiwan, and one of the recipients of the APMC (Asia Pacific Microwave Conference) Prize, Bangkok, Thailand, Dec. 2007. He also received the Taiwan Citation Laureate 2006 from the Thomson Scientific® and the 2007 Distinguished Research Award from the National Science Council, Taiwan. His research interests include analysis and design of microwave integrated circuits and numerical techniques in electromagnetics.
